AwfulOctober 11, 2008 Nauseating New Age pablum for the porridge-brained. It was a gift from a clueless and flakey acquaintance so I tried to read it but it was just terrible. I'd have never imagined this hokum would lure so many people. I might write one of these and cash in on the trend if I didn't feel so sorry for the types who fall for this psychobabble. But someone has to take their money, I suppose . . .

A New EarthOctober 10, 2008 I thought "A New Earth" would be a revelation. Instead, it takes me on a trip describing "the ego". This is fully described in the bible and the bible speaks to all aspects of it and how to handle it in a much simpler way. My "life's purpose" is also fully described in the bible. Very disappointed.
Undecided.October 10, 2008 This was not a quick read for me. I am almost done with it, and I still don't know what to think of it. It makes you question your every thought.

It's a much better earth than the one this evil, lying misleader has to offer. He paints a pretty picture...that completely removed God from your life...Don't you know??? you take the place of GOD now according to this man. I don't know about you, but I in no way feel I could ever take the place of God, nor would I try to strip myself of the many blessings God has for my life by sayin I am GOD. That is what these people are doing to you in this book. It will lead you down a lonely sad road that eventually leads straight to HELL!! Don't buy it!
