A 40/30/30 balanced diet is geared towards general health and fat loss, the accelerated fat loss plan is for enhanced fat loss, a muscle building plan has increased protein to meet the demands of an intense exercise routine, the sports endurance plan has an increased level of carbohydrates (50%) to help fuel the body for long duration activities such as marathon running or bicycling.
