Customer Reviews: Trigger Points - Extremities Quick ReferenceMarch 28, 2004 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Reviewer: Sue S. from Chicago I have needed trigger point therapy for myofascial pain. An important part of my treatment has been training in self-treatment. There is also a workbook by Clair Davies that is very useful. But a workbook goes into details, and for everyday use these are wonderful because the basic trigger points are clearly shown for quick reference in color along with the pain referral areas, i.e., pain pattern. The muscles are also named along with a summary of what trigger points are. By the way, there is also a pocket size available that is 6" x 4". I recommend this size for every day use: 8 1/2" x 11" and laminated. I would recommend also purchasing Trigger Points I: Head and Torso.
