Product Description We have been hearing for years now about the obesity epidemic and other health issues facing children. In fact, the longevity trend is reversing with this generation - children born today are not expected to live as long as their parents. In The Eat-Clean Diet for Family and Kids, author Tosca Reno handles this issue with typical aplomb.
Not Bad...October 26, 2008 R. Folger(E. Bridgewater, MA USA) I recently picked up the Clean Eating magazine and got interested in the topic. This book was good for beginners to gain an understanding of the concepts of the diet. It was an easy book to read. However, I was more interested in finding friendly meal ideas for my family. It did not offer any new concepts or information to me.
This will not stop me from reading her other books.
Another great bookOctober 21, 2008 D. Greenwood I have to say up front that I am a Tosca Reno fan. I have emailed her several times and each time recieved an answer, whether from her or not. This is a wonderful cookbook on its own, but also a great book that should scare any parent away from fast food or prepackaged foods. And if you do not have children the recipes still work for adults. I have both cookbooks and use them often. Every recipe I have tried works. That says a lot for any cookbook.

Great Book!!!!!! Great recipies and very informative. My kids love the recipes too! and that's the point, show them that eat healthy doesn't mean eat food that doesn't taste good. I LOVE IT!!!
Good but a bit similarSeptember 21, 2008 Jennifer Oglesby(Brownsville, IN) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a great book but it's a bit similar to the Eat Clean Diet book. It's really all of the same information but with a family spin on it. This book is quite a bit thicker than the first book and has some great recipes and information. I'm glad I bought it and am enjoying it but I wish it had been more of a cookbook.
Clean EatingSeptember 13, 2008 E. Mullens(Keizer, Oregon United States) I've tried it and it makes sense. Especially in the summertime when so many fresh veggies are available. E. Mullens
