I just bought the Bosu unit for my home. I read the book and cannot wait to start. There are a few things I really like about this book. It explains all the moves.Secondly at the end of the book it provides a few routines, lists the pages for instructions and lets you know what areas of the body that the routine will help. A well written book.I would give it 9.5, the only thing that would have made it perfect was a workout chart to log exercises.

BOSU is available in most gyms now. Unfortunately there is only one at the gym I go to here on base. Going on to the book... It is very easy to follow. The illustrations coupled with the explanation, keeps you aware of your form, performing the exercises safely and efficiently.

I have a part-time job delivering meals to mostly older people. A big problem for these people is loss of balance. A number of my customers have fallen! This is serious at their advanced age. Broken bones (especially hip joints) result in permanent disability and even death. I'm 72. My intent is to maintain my balance for as long as possible. The BOSU Trainer is a big help to me in doing so. I'd used the BOSU at Gold's Gym before I purchased the trainer for my home use and thus knew that it was a quality piece of equipment.

AGAIN, ANOTHER GREAT ITEM FOR BALANCE INSTRUCTION. TRY THIS BALL AND READ THIS BOOK! EVEN IF YOU DON'T THINK YOU NEED THE PRACTICE, YOU DO. THIS BOOK IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. IT ADDS VARIETY TO MY WORKOUTS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.
