Wow. This seller took 2 days to get the shipment out (which was only a tiny little book). The estimated delivery date is 2 days past the 14 day ground mail option. I have never waited so long for a book I ordered thru the internet with the ground mail option. Where are you shipping this thing from? The middle of the freaking earth?
