Sexy in 6 is a decent book. The motivational stories can be, well, motivating, if you go for that sort of stuff. The workouts are ok - if you are already in pretty good shape, they may not be very challenging but just like any workout, you get out what you put in.
Her diet advice is solid - it's basically the food pyramid only she separates your proteins into 7 small portions instead of 3 traditional portions (ie, 1 egg instead of 2, 1oz of fish instead of 3).
Sexy in 6 can certainly help you reach your goals if you follow her diet and exercise plan. I would suggest adding more cardio (as she recommends).
Very inspirational and a fun read! September 8, 2008 Fit Gal (NJ) I really enoyed the simplicty of this book, I felt like the author was talking right to me. I'm a Mom and don't have time to workout so the six minute chunks were perfect. I really enjoyed the nutritional info as it was easy to follow and something that I could manage.
The exercises are very doable and I've really enjoyed the DVD's that go with this book. It's a great combination and well worth the purchase.

This dvd has a handful of moves that are done repetively. It really bored me. I'm used to intermediate workouts from the Firm and Prevention. While its very easy to follow, I think you can easily get bored.
