Vicki Arkens offers readers a deeply spiritual and insightful path to self-discovery and mastery. It, most specifically, will help people with the temptation of over-eating, but, it is valuable to anyone who is distracted from their life's purpose and full health by any temptation. It is a great gift to yourself to read it.

This book is an unusually interesting consideration of diet and eating habits. The approach is unorthodox--even controversial--but appealing. It is enjoyable to read and it provides lots of insight into the problems that overeaters face. Specific guidelines and menus are quite helpful.
