There are several strategies to building a better body based on your needs and expectations. This book does not contain a one size fits all approach. You should also look for Frank's other books.

Frank Sepe wrote a book a couple of years ago call "The Truth". It is a great book with really all you need to know about weight lifting, cardio and nutrition. This title is focused 100% on nutrition but somehow doesn't seem to impart much more knowledge than I learned from the nutrition chapter in "The Truth". Despite that, I still recommend it because Frank's style makes you feel like he's sitting right next to you working things out together and somehow he gets you to want to do things that are good for you. Overall, this is a great book if all you are looking for is nutritional information/guidance/motivation. I would recommend his first book "the Truth" as a must read however as it covers everything you could ever imagine and it is again delivered in Frank's personal manner. In short - anything by Frank Sepe will be a useful addition to your fitness library.
