Although I've only had this cookbook for a couple of weeks, it already shows the signs of being in daily use-smeared pages with corners turned down, and notes written in the margin. Examples of the storm I've cooked up in just the last two days are the Gingered Swordfish with Lime-Jalapeno Sauce, and Asian Beef over Stir-Fried Bok Choy. With Ms. Giedt's instructions, I cook like a master chef! I'm going to just cook my way through the entire book, and then start over. These are Lo-Carb recipes my friends and I can happily eat forever!
