One of my best buys !November 8, 2008 H. Adiv(Israel) I have purchased this exellent grand text that deals with the field of physical-therapy. I consider this book to be a total value of my money at the price I bought it (49$). I appreciate it's background coverage & focus on evidence additions. As a physical-therapy student I clearly recommend this reference from the very start. I bought it a bit late (4th year). If one Should seek a more in-depth coverage in the exercise physiology department, I recommend the following book, which is user friendly: Exercise Physiology: Human Bioenergetics and Its Applications

PerfectAugust 23, 2008 TWE(Durham, NC USA) I am quite athletic and injured some muscles/tendons. I was in physical therapy and wanted to know more about why specific exercises were helping more than I had expected.
