The recipes in this book are economical, simple (many are 30 minutes or less to prepare) and great-tasting! Because of my family's overlapping schedules, I prepare up to 2 weeks of meals in advance and freeze individual servings to eat at home, work and school. My family is encouraged to "rate" new meals and every recipe I have tested from this book has received at least 4 stars out of 5.
"Eat Good Food and Lose Weight" should read "Eat GREAT Food and Lose Weight"....and best of all, I am the only one in the family "on a diet" yet, everyone else in the family requests meals from this book.
