I loved this book!September 19, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
My daughter gave me a copy of this book a little over a month ago. I've eaten a whole new way and I've lost fifteen pounds. I can't thank David and Matt enough. I just finished Michele Cozzens award winning women's fiction A Line Between Friends and I highly recommend it.
Good BookSeptember 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Overall the book is a great resource, a few of the NOT THAT items are a little misleading. Certainly twizzlers are better than a snickers any day of the week, but they're reviewed in different categories so a true comparison on some snacks is a little difficult.
Whether you are on a "diet" or not....September 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
.... this is an outstanding visual book that anyone can use to make smarter choices about what to eat, especially in our on-the-go society. It would make a great book for a high school or college student who eats out a lot, or for the "dieter" who wants to make sensible choices for their particular needs. The photography is excellent and the alphabetized layout of the book (by restaurant) makes it a quick reference for anyone of any age.

If you really want to get some insight into what your eating, and what you could be eating at different restaurants I would get this book. I can't tell you how much this book helped me. It really gives you a new perspective on what your eating. It's great!!!!
