THis is the ONLY book you need to start losing weight!! I LOVE it. It is very simple to follow and if you don't care how or why South Beach works- you just want to lose weight- this is the book for you!!! The diet really does work and it's so easy - after the first week! Plus the South Beach foods are real KRAFT products! I've continued to lose on phases 2 and 3!!!!!!
