This does hit the spot!February 23, 2008 Nancy Bryers 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I recently received this video and have done the workouts twice, and at first I didn't feel like I was working very hard, but my body said different in the morning! I think this is a good workout if you are short on time. And I know people think Denise is nuts, but I think she's funny and she keeps you motivated while you work :)
Good DVD on muteNovember 28, 2007 Jennifer E. Houtz 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had never seen this woman before. She's a female version of an enthusiastic Mr. Mackey from South Park. I didn't find her tolerable to listen to. Good exercise though and good variety.
Love it!!!!!September 28, 2007 Nicole Wallace(Miami) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this video! It one of the videos that I always reach for when I want to exercise!
Denise Austin - Core completeSeptember 16, 2007 CBell(White Bear Lake, MN USA) I love Denise Austin; this is another one of her fabulous workouts. This is a great way to get a good all over body stretch and flexibility work out. The balancing with the ball becomes easier over time.
Great Work Out! One of the Best one's out their!September 6, 2007 Bridget(Kansas City, MO) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I love this work out!! I have a lot of Denise workout DVD's & a lot of others. I think this is her/the best one yet. I love that she works the abs in every 15 minute segment (who doesn't need the extra attention in that area!). I'm not a person that enjoys working my abs, but this tape makes it fun. There are a lot of ab exercises on here that I actually enjoy doing. I like that you're able to customize your work-out. You can do the whole workout or you can do just 1 or 2. I would highly recommend this DVD for immediate workouts. It takes a while to get on the same pace as Denise, but after you do you appreciate it. Some tapes have long pauses in between sets. I like to keep moving!
