Best Video Workout June 21, 2008 Patricia Preochel (Orlando, FL) I have been doing this workout for years and I'm in better shape than any of my friends that frequent the gym. I have a few of my neighbors exercising with me and they all say that they are in the best shape of their lives, a personal trainer isn't as good as this video. This is not for a person that has not exercised for a while, or a beginner. You really have to work your way up to it, but it's worth the effort. I wish Cindy would make another exercise video as good as this one!
Good stuff June 19, 2008 S. Coffman (Ohio) I have done this workout for years, recently switching from VHS to DVD. I get a good workout and don't have to try to keep up with some crazy dance routine. And the hosts are less annoying than some I've seen. It does have a lot of jumping, so it's higher impact than I'd like, but I wear my shoes and work out on carpet and that's enough to help.
Total body workout June 10, 2008 Stephanie Hadley I have had this workout since before DVD's, and its the best. I've bought others and this is still the best. Works the entire body; first a warm up, then cardio (legs), then series of abs, chest, arm and back exercises; all you need are a set of free weights. Plus you can grow with it; Cindy gives you encouragement by saying if you can't keep up at first, its ok, do what you can, and eventually you'll get stronger. What I think I like the best is its just you and Cindy (well, the trainer guy pop's his head in every once in a while). There are not a bunch of overly happy women showing different moves on one screen. It really is focused on exercise, not looks. Which might sound weird since its Cindy Crawford, but its true! Plus! there is a glossary at the end that goes over the moves that you could potentially hurt yourself, and goes over the correct way of performing the moves. What exercise DVD out there has that???
ture fan! May 14, 2008 Dejan I love this DVD. I had it first on VHS when it first came out and it helped get in shape when I was 18 and trying to get into the Air Force. 10 years later this is the video that is getting me in shape after having my son. This is a great workout to build your strength and get nice muscle tone esp. in your arms legs and thighs. I do it all the time and recently bought it for my younger cousin who also feel in love with it. This is a def. must have for anyone who wants to get in shape and build strengh too. It has workouts for EVERY body part. Arms, legs, chest, abs and even your back. But don't take my word for it...buy it and see for yourself, you won't regret it.
Great Video April 28, 2008 Jessica Simpson I used this item in VHS format and needed the DVD now, since pretty much no one has tape players anymore. It was much easier and the video is a great total body workout, especially for anyone wanting to tone and tighten without bulking up.
