Pilates WorkoutJune 11, 2008 Chloe Lane(PA) I exercise every day and this DVD really gives you a great workout. I really like the 10 minute segments. If you don't have time to do the whole DVD, you can just pick and choose the segments you really want to do. Great DVD.

I'm sure the band must make a difference in the pilates tape. It puts much stress on the exercise you are doing. I like the 10 minute tapes because you can pick which exercise you want to concentrate on & in the order you want to use them. If I don't have time to use the whole tape I just pick a few & always end with the cool down. The instructor is good at explaining (& if you are new at it you improve every time you use it). It takes time to perfect some of the exercises (I am new to the band), but practice makes perfect.
Wonderful, quick exceriseJune 9, 2008 M. Yoho I would highly recommend this dvd to anyone who is in a hurry and thinks they can not excerise. This dvd is wonderful and it really works you out in those 5 ten minutes workouts. Absolutely love this video.
Good Exercise VideoJune 6, 2008 H. Ongaro(California) This is a good DVD for a quick or full workout. Suzanne is easy to follow and has good cueing. She is not super cutesy or annoyingly full of herself. The workouts don't seem super challenging while doing them but I feel them later in the day and the following day. I love how the workouts can be customized for time or ability. I am enjoying all of the 10 minute solution workouts.

I loved the exercise and I sweat. the only problem I had was the band would not stay flat the way she shows but it kind of rolls under my arch of the foot and makes it hard to use it and follow her. maybe I am not doing it right. a lil to fast to follow.
