Brilliant March 8, 2005 Roberta A. Lamb (Washington, DC) 30 out of 32 found this review helpful
As a preface, my mom died when i was 13. I've been wandering around womanhood and feminity without a compass for 10 years. This got me back on course. I'm learning to embrace the power that comes along with being a woman, not only that, but i'm learning to focus it and not be ashamed of it. This book is not just about sex, but it's about how a woman should see herself. It's about saying it's okay to be sexual, think about sex, enjoy sex, exude sex. It is not about being a slut. It's about being empowered.
Good girl sex March 5, 2005 Steven McHugh (Seattle, Wash) 15 out of 40 found this review helpful
My girl friend was one of those "good girls" With the help of this book, some videos and some electronic aids... she has transformed into having bad girl sex w/ me. When I hear her voice, I start getting firm thinking of when we'll get together.
Transformation to Sexy! January 11, 2005 Dragonfly Reviews (North Carolina) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
This book written by Barbara Keesling, a PHd. was informative on sexuality, and remained sensitive to issues that cause some women to freeze up sexually. She gave exercises on how to break through barriers that seem simplistic, but are very effective with practice, that make a woman get in touch with her sexuality on very many levels, from appearances, behavior, thinking and also bedroom skills. So many women are inhibited and taught to give signals of "goodness" that are actually sexually unappealling or neutral in effect. It doesn't matter how pretty one dresses or what makeup is worn, if behavior says "I am too good to be sexy" there is no sexual interest. I recommend this book for both single and married women of all ages.
Fun, sassy tips to make you feel sexier April 14, 2004 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
This books is sooo much fun to read---advice on how to make yourself feel and excude that confidence and beauty that sometimes gets lost as we women focus on career, chores and everyone else. This book reiterates why it is important to do little things for yourself that will change the way you present yourself to the world and honor your own beautiful, little quirks.
I would have given this a lower score if I could... March 16, 2004 21 out of 41 found this review helpful
What a waste of time & money.. I found this in the bargain bin at Barnes & Noble. Now I know why...If you know ANYTHING about sex this will not help. I was hoping for something spicy, not the lame (B)ad-libs. Pahlease!! I do not need anyone telling me how to talk, walk or breathe. I was hoping for info on how to really put some pizazze in my love life, not cheesy stuff I knew in HS. Save your money, you can read more informative things on the web for FREE!!SJ
