The first part on the description of the Chakras was very informative and the actual open-eye meditation was excellent. I use this video for self healing and for others. It is also good for group sessions. I would recommend this video to anyone who is searching for inner space, healing, change, or personal growth. Its the best! If you love colors, you'll be ecstatic when you see the beautiful images in this. I have viewed it so often that I'm afraid the tape will break. This really, really needs to be available on DVD!!
