I was really a die-hard anti-exerciser, and I got this as a joke, but it is really terrific. It is easy to follow and I saw results VERY fast! I'm here looking for more tapes by the instructor.

I am not a fan of exercise but this is the one tape I keep going back to. I love it! It's great for those of us who aren't exactly coordinated,too. The routine is easy to pick up, the pace is just right for the newbie and best of all, you see the results quickly!! I've worn my tape out and am here buying a new one!!
