It was so much more fun and easier to sing and dance to the oldies. Now, I look forward to my 40 minutes of exercising. Singing along makes the time go by faster and I really do sweat. I have this one and Sweating to the Oldies 1, I alternate between the two for variety. Love them!! The tape is short at about 30 minutes of actual aerobics + a cooldown. For an intermediate exerciser like myself, it's easier than I need but I just usually skip the cooldown and pop in a segment of Abs of Steel or a couple of segments of Body of Steel to complete my workout. Whenever I fall off the exercise wagon I always start back up with this tape. The best part of any of his tapes for me is to sing along to the music!
