Every muscle in your lower body will be screaming! But Kathy Smith keeps you going. Not a particularly interesting aerobic dance component, but it definitely lives up to its billing.
Delivers what it promisesOctober 12, 1998 This tape will have your legs shaking and will leave you sore the next day, no doubt. The choreography is simple but effective and every muscle in your legs and glutes area will feel it. Because you're using the largest muscle groups, your heart rate will be cardiovascular unless you're in really good shape, but there are ways that she mentions to pick up the intensity if you need to or to play it down if you're a beginner. It has a long step toning section, then a primarily calisthenic section of leg toning, then floorwork for the legs. If you want to target your lower body specifically and enjoy step aerobic, you'll like this tape. END
Good lower body workoutDecember 11, 1997 It takes about 45 minutes to complete this tape and when you're done, you really feel it in your lower body! The emphasis in this step workout is toning and shaping the buns, hips & thighs. If you're in shape, it won't challenge your heartrate to an aerobic level unless you really push. But it will challenge your strength and muscle tone no matter what your fitness level. It's a great tape to do in between your other aerobic tapes and it's a great shape-up for summer swinsuit season! END
