This tape shows you some really great exercises that work one your abs but I found that it took some time even combined with a reduced calorie diet to see real results. I also found that it got boring to do because you are suppose to do it often but its the same thing every time. By the time I stopped doing it I was sick of the music in it, sick of the exercises and the order they went in. But even so, it is a great tape that does show you some good techniques and moves but if you like variety and tire quickly like me I don't reccommend this tape for you.

Jamie is excellent. My wife and I do the 8 min buns and the 8 min abs. We do one in the morning and one at night. They really burn the area of focus...and Jamie is perfect to keep you going. We also bought the Buns of Steel and did not like it at all. It is more like a 40 minute aerobic workout...it is too long to keep us motivated and coming back. If you think about IT IS ONLY 8 MINUTES...then you can talk each other into doing it regularly. Thanks Jaime...we just bought the 8 min arms and legs...looking forward to it.

This video is straight and to the point. I love it! it's really helped me get my flat abs back after I had my baby. I play the tape every other night for 8 minutes after I put the baby to bed. The moves are simple to do and the instructor is not annoying. I highly recommend this tape to anyone who wants to tighten your abs and look great!

While you are to be sure a nice little workout in the 8 minutes promised, I really didn't notice any improvement in my ab department after a month and a half of use.

This abs workout is a great supplement to an aerobic fitness routine. You must warm up and cool down by yourself, but provided you do that, the exercices are very effective and there's no time wasting. I've been doing the exercises most days for a few weeks and I can really see the results.
