I found this video on the Chakras to be extremely helpful and healing. The first part on the description of the Chakras was very informative and the actual open-eye meditation was excellent. I use this video for self healing and for others. It is also good for group sessions.
I would recommend this video to anyone who is searching for inner space, healing, change, or personal growth.

I LOVE this tape...hope it will be on DVD soo...am wearing it out! I bought another for my friend too, its a perfect gift. Whether you are a beginner or have been meditating awhile...whether you are or aren't familar with the chakras, this is the video for you...very informative and soooooo soothing...extremly well done..wish I could thank Shirley personally for this!

I love to use the open eyed meditation. It would be great as a DVD so I could get better sound, color, and jump right to the meditation each day. I used the video so much the tape is worn out. Could someone tell me if this is already a work in progress?

I've been using this for meditation off & on for over 5 years. I fell in love with the kaleidoscoping colors immediately! If you love colors, you'll be ecstatic when you see the beautiful images in this. I have viewed it so often that I'm afraid the tape will break. This really, really needs to be available on DVD!!
