Take a few minutes to stretch.

I am probably a lot like you, sitting for way too many hours in front of the computer every day.  Are you losing flexibility in your body and joints that you used to take for granted?  Some days I feel like my shoulders are up around my ears from tension and stress.  I always thought it would be great to have a personal trainer that could help me out with my exercise and flexibility, but unless you are a Hollywood star or professional athelete the cost is really hard to justify.  When you go to the gym you get stuck doing the class they have available at the time which may or may not be what you need.  And now with gas prices the way they are and the time it takes,and the rude dudes who don't wipe up after themselves, it is getting stressful to go workout!  So here, take a few minutes and follow this very short (less than 10 minutes) stretching video that you can do sitting at your desk.  If you like the video and would like to get a couple more that you can use, put your email information in here and I will send you a few more over the next 10 days.
