**This DVD was reviewed by the HealthStatus staff. This is a well produced video. If you do this workout faithfully it should strengthen your muscles and eliminate knee pain. There were a few times when the video is up close with the presenter and you are not able to view the exercise as easily as we would have liked. The video is packed full of information for knee pain sufferers.
