		<description>thank you for this info, it all make sense. I have been in the gym for nearly 3 yrs. I have seen some results but not exactly the results I realy wanted. But when I started eating six small meals through out the day, results were more promising. I do all of the above exercise. I realy think sometimes i am adicted to the gym. I may skip some days, but my consious beats the hell out of me when I do&#039;nt go. the bottom line is sticking to the food plan. I will work on it much harder now than ever. 
also, my problem is belley fat, I have lost some but not how I want it to be all gone. give me some tips to help me along please. I do cardio at least 3-4 x a week, and weight training at least 3x weekly. what more can I do or whats the best exercise for belley fat. I am on a mission, my goal is to lose what little I have in eight weeks. help. want to get back in a size 5, I am down to a 10, and some 8s.</description>
