As a TMJ sufferer myself, I didn't want to go the surgery route, and didn't want to be on prescriptions my whole life. After a recommendation by a friend I found a great book that teaches some physical therapy exercises that have really reduced my pain. I finally have some hope now! Again, great informative article, you touched on things that cause TMJ that don't usually get talked about:) This is a great article.
