22 Weight Loss Do’s and Don’ts

You probably know that in order to lose weight, you have to make some long term changes in your life.  You need to improve your eating habits; you need to get more active; you need to break a bunch of bad habits that have caused the weight to creep on over the years.

But within those broad guidelines are a ton of little temptations and choices that can sometimes cause confusion or uncertainty; and where confusion and uncertainty lie, so does the likelihood of going off track from your goals, creating delays, obstacles and plenty of frustration.
