Elbow Breadth, is the measure between the inner & outer elbow hinge sides. I recommend using the right hand for an individual that is right handed, OR the alternate for a left hander. Take your hand and feel the strongest protrusions on the opposite elbow, pull your hand off the points and place it on a ruler OR held in place measuring tape. The results will be your elbow breadth.
