Acne is a very common issue that plagues millions of people in their daily lives. Some have acne that is all over or some have acne that is all over their body and others have it only on their face. There are several tips/lifestyle changes that are recommended that will help to reduce this problem. You can even break out after sweating! Wash your face twice a day especially after sweating. Use a gentle cleanser and use the tips of your fingers to apply in circular motions – do not scrub! Try to find a cleanser without alcohol which dries out the skin. Also do not touch, poke or squeeze breakouts allow them to heal on their own you will only irritate your skin more by touching it. And also keep your hands off your face if that’s where the acne occurs you will only make the area more dirty. If you try some of these tips and they do not work again, seek help from a dermatologist, it is a common issue.
