The Best Weight Loss Secret To Get Your Body Wedding Dress & Honeymoon Ready

The weight loss secret I want to share with you is not really a secret but something most people don’t associate with fat release.   Did you know that clearing out the clutter in your home and work place will be one of the best ways to jumpstart your fat release and get you closer to your Bride Fit body?

This is a perfect time to clean out unwanted stuff called “clutter.”     Even if you currently live with your fiancé, your wedding marks a new beginning.   What better way to begin this new chapter in your life than with a living space free of unwanted “stuff?”

In feng shui, the Chinese art or practice of creating harmonious surroundings, there’s a concept of energy flow and vitality known as “chi.” This life-force energy needs to move freely in a space for it to promote an abundance of health, happiness and prosperity.   Clutter blocks that amazing flow!

I’m feeling excited and passionate about motivating you to clear your life of clutter since I just moved.   I was shocked at the stuff I had accumulated and how getting rid of the “stuff” has a freeing side effect.   In addition to weight loss the benefits to clearing out clutter are:

  • Being more productive
  • Mental focus sharpens
  • Creativity flourishes
  • Have more energy
  • Feel happier

Clearing clutter can be an emotional process but knowing the benefits will motivate you to get started.   Purging of unwanted things and stuff that isn’t serving you can be life changing!

NOTE:   When you register for your bridal shower and wedding gifts, don’t fall into the temptation of choosing “gimmicky” items that will end up being clutter in your home.

Clutter can be found in a variety of places like drawers, closets and desks.   Here are some common causes of clutter:

  • Clothes that don’t fit, or that you don’t like in your closet
  • Books you don’t want to read on the shelf
  • Excess paper clutter on countertops, desks and offices
  • Email overwhelm and social media clutter of messages
  • Purses and wallets
  • Storage units, attics and garages

It can be overwhelming depending on the level of clutter.   Since we are focusing on fat release start in the kitchen!   Clutter is the expired items, spoiled fruit and vegetables, and old leftovers or “to go” containers found in the fridge and pantry.

When your environment is free from “stuff “ that is blocking the flow of energy you will feel greater energy and lightness in addition to fat release.
