I’m not minimizing the fact that what you are eating and your fitness program play a tremendous part your Bride Fit goals, but I want to make you aware of other very important factors such as sleep, stress management, healthy relationships, and your environment. I’ve personally replaced candles and plug in air fresheners that emit toxic chemicals in the air with pure essential oils.
