What Is A Bride Fit Coach? Having One May Accelerate Getting “Wedding Dress Ready”

The picture in the head of most people when thinking of a coach is the guy standing on the side of the field or court calling plays to the athletes.   True?   I get asked a lot about what I do for clients so I wanted to define what a Bride Fit coach is and why you may find it beneficial to have one.  


What is the role of a coach?

 A coach supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training, advice and guidance.  


The ability to inspire and motivate, with patience and encouragement, are important characteristics for a health or fitness coach to have.   If your goal is to release fat then changing or shifting your current food choices and fitness routine is part of the plan.   The question is how?   Where do you start?   This is where a Bride Fit coach like me comes in!   As a Bride Fit coach I make suggestions, give resources and provide accountability.   I stand on the shoulders of giants, such as functional medicine doctors, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, scientists, energy healers, personal trainers, and massage therapists.   I’m fortunate to have a very large toolbox of experts with endless resources.

Just like a fashion stylist provides the best clothing and accessories for their clients, I provide the best plan in the areas of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle to get my clients to their personal health and wellness goals; losing fat, gaining energy, reducing stress, feeling happier and healing their bodies.   This saves you time, since I weed through the plethora of information, keep up with the latest studies and follow the experts in nutrition and fitness so I can give you the most beneficial guidance.   Same as the fashion stylist that saves their clients time by narrowing down the best designs for their purposes and body types.

I received my health coaching education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which enabled me to help my fitness clients with much more support and effective strategies to not only achieve their health & fitness goals but also make them sustainable.   I was inspired to write a program specifically for brides!   Brides want to be in the best shape of their life, have a glowing complexion and feel absolutely amazing on their BIG DAY!   What a perfect time to learn how to get fit & fabulous and get “wedding dress ready” and also learn all the secrets to living “healthily & happily ever after.”   I provided suggestions from the best resources on what to register for, how to set up a kitchen to make healthy preparation, cooking and eating SIMPLE, in addition to healthy habits that will make you happy, and so much more.

The benefit to an on-line program is that it’s accessible anytime and brides can watch the weekly videos on their schedule, and saves money by having the complete program with a smaller investment than one personal coaching session!   I want to make Bride Fit coaching available and accessible to as many brides as possible because I believe they are the guardians of their health and will have the greatest impact on the health of their fiancé, loved ones and their future family.

Just like athletes with great coaches who encourage and support them reach their full potential in a particular sport, brides will more easily and enjoyably reach their fitness and nutrition goals for their wedding day and beyond with a Bride Fit coach.
