Looking out for them will help you with business and relationships. Be cautious of Christians who have a sudden change in plans or say that God told them to do something. God rarely reverses his direction by giving counsel only to one person. Also be cautious of a man that vacillates, a double-minded man. Don’t put your confidence in someone who changes erratically. A true sign of a spiritual mentor is one of humility and not of arrogance, selfish ambition, and disorder. Also, God hates lying. Avoid Christians who over-spiritualize part of their job and ignore other spiritual principles. They exploit the talents of others in trying to serve the Lord.
