Breathing Exercises for Relaxation or COPD – Ask Doctor Jo

Excellent pulmonary breathing exercises for people with COPD and to increase your lung capacity. This video featured several different breathing exercises that can be performed by anyone with a lot of catchy funny names. You can exhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. So you inhale through your nose for 2 seconds and exhale through your month for 4 seconds. You can also do movement with your arms to loosen up the muscle in your chest area. As Doctor Jo displayed how to perform these exercises and I would definitely try some of these. With these exercises you want to try to get oxygen into your lungs and exhale to increase your lung strength. She also show you have to breath using your diaphragm and what is should look like when you are doing this right. Great video for anyone who want to increase lung capacity.
