I really need my whole strength to discipline myself not to eat too much this holiday season. It is very tempting as mouth-watering food says 'hi' on the table. I just hope I will have enough temperance to say no to overeating this holiday and I really want to thank HealthStatus for this post! I will sure to include pistachios on my meal and will consider my stomach first to avoid future discomfort. Very worth the share!
