How You talk to You

Hey You,

In the Matters of You, Self Talk.

You work so hard to make sure you are on top of everything.  .  .  Your family,  your career,  your house, your finances and then life happens.  You forget your laptop,  your keys or maybe it is bigger and your have a tree fall on your house,  your car breaks down,  you don’t get the promotion.

Maybe it is even bigger you lose a parent,  a family member is hospitalized or your relieved of your job.

Today, I left my computer at a  restaurant.  .  .  it cost me 20 minutes and you don’t want me to repeat what I was saying subconsciously to myself, and then I stopped it.

I forgave myself and let it go.  Think about how much we tend to beat ourselves up for not being in control.  .  .  not being in on top of everything or failing at your job of general manager of the universe.

Someone else has that job, not you.  .  .  and they are in control.  .  .  But you can take control of how you talk to you.  What you say to yourself all day everyday can change the result you create in your life.

There is amazing thing about your subconscious if you ask it to create abundance in your life it will.  .  .  and if you ask it why you suck it will create a 100 reasons.

Be careful how you talk to you.
