Scientists have identified the 3 hours we first wake the most product hours of our mental day.  .  .  These hours are the ones are able to address the biggest problems in our life with the highest productivity.

Yes, most of us spend these hours getting kids together, on a commute or drive to our job or watching the morning news. (Worst way to program your mind is watching the news because of its overwhelming negativity).

It is time to own your morning and own your life.  Set your alarm an hour and half early.  Get up before everybody and get your daily hygiene habits out of the way. .  .  budgeting 20 or 30 minutes to do so.

Then without looking at your phone or your e-mail.  Remember no phone till you have designed your day and wake up with the alarm, so that means no snooze button.

Then write down in your journal, yes you need to have a journal, the three or four big goals you have  for the year.  .  .  and then work your todo list, writing down the 3 or 4 big steps and tasks  you need to complete  to accomplish those goals.

After you do this, take some time to block out times for the day to work on these big things.  .  .  now you have an in-control designed day.  .  .  After that address the gnats of small things that you need to get done each  day adding it to your list.

One very important thing happens here.  .  .  You train your subconscious what is important and how much energy it deserves from your brain and when you do this you start to calm the brain which makes it even more productive.

As you get your household around make sure you have a book on Audible.com  to read as you make your advance towards your place of work use this powerful time to get your brain trained on where you want to go.
