There is part of your brain called the subconscious and it can solve some really big problems for you it you let it.  So you have this big project,  big goal or big problem you are working on sometimes you need to just take a break from it.  

To procrastinate positively as Mel Robbins would say.  .  .  To shelve it and let your subconscious work on it.  Its amazing how some great idea will just pop out at you and give you the great answer you were looking for and all you have to do was put it off.
