I had no idea that folic acid was a vitamin that women who are planning on getting pregnant should take. I can see that understanding what your body might need can help you keep a healthy level of these vitamins. We are planning on trying for a baby and want to make sure we get the best vitamins to help my wife, so I'm glad I found your page.
