Hello, beautiful sisters. Hey, it’s Robin Nielsen and I’m so excited to be here with you today. Happy holidays. It’s a beautiful time of the year and it could also be kind of a stressful time of year and that’s what we’re getting together today so that we can make it less stressful and way more fun. Please say hello from wherever you’re joining in from. It’s so beautiful to see all of you here and you know, this Facebook group is amazing. It is just full of so many beautiful, incredible, fabulous, heart-centered, passionate women. I’m beyond excited to share this community with you and share our journeys together and something that I think is so incredibly special is that we’re in this together and we all have amazing perspectives on what has helped us and what our journey is. It’s really beautiful to be able to come together from wherever we are in the world and be right here, right now for each and every one of us.
I think as of today we are over 4,200 women strong. That is really incredible. And we actually started out the year about 728 women. We have grown. Congratulations, you have brought your friends and when we bring our friends with you, it is so empowering because we can do this together and we begin to create an incredible sisterhood who gets each other and who supports each other. So I’m super proud of this and I’m really excited for each and every one of us. It just makes our groups so much stronger. Really strong. Okay. Wherever you are joining in from, please say hello. All right, so today is all about healing your cravings. I put in the word holiday just because holiday is even harder, right? During the holidays, it’s even harder to stay on track with our good plans and our good intentions. A lot of what we talk about in this training is applicable to anytime of the year. So what you’ll find is that you’ll be able to start to identify sort of where you’re going when you start to crave certain foods and then you can help yourself get right back on track much more quickly. And then pretty soon you’ll be able to head yourself in a different direction when you feel yourself starting to go down that self sabotage pathway. So yeah, let’s get started. Today, here’s what we’re going to go over.
Today is all about what type or types of craver you are. What type of Craver are you? You can be more than one and if you’ve taken the quiz, you may have discovered that already. Day two we’re going to identify triggers or identify your triggers, but we’re going to also identify triggers in general because what you’ll find, today from learning what type of craver you are, is that each one of us has different triggers based on the type of craver we are.
Day three is all about the steps to heal your cravings. We’re going to talk about what they are. In my work with clients over the last 15, 16 years, I have never had a craver who we could not heal. In fact, in a matter of just a few weeks, all of her cravings go completely away. And it’s not hard at all. It’s not hard at all. So during these three days, I’m going to show you why that is and how you can get yourself right back on track. Of course there are different levels of cravers and addictions. So, you know, craving could be considered an addiction and it certainly was for me. I had a lot of health problems as a teenager. I had acne on my face, my chest and my back that was really debilitating. If you’ve ever suffered from acne, you know how just how embarrassed you feel about how you look and how we look means everything to us as women. So you know, with blemished skin, it just is so embarrassing. I would always wear high neck shirts and couldn’t feel comfortable in a bathing suit around other people. I just always felt really uncomfortable because my skin was so blemished. I had terrible mood swings from the time I was a teenager and I was irritable and grumpy and I could gain weight, but seemed like for no good reason, I could gain five pounds in a day. Then I would do the under eat and over exercise diet plan.
