Hi everyone, it’s so great to be here with you. This is day four, and this is sleeping your way to the top of your health. I’m so excited to be here with you and I just want to give a shout out to all of you who are watching every single day. That’s pretty amazing, so give yourself a big pat on the back or a huge hug. It’s so awesome that you are taking such good care of yourself and learning some of this information that can make a huge impact on your health.
So again, today’s all about sleep your way to the top of your health, and I want to recap all the days so far. Day one was to eat more, exercise less, It feels so good to eat more and exercise less. Stress resilience was day two, and how to rock your energy and stress tolerance. Detox rocks was on day three and you’ll see how everything that we’ve talked about so far has an impact on sleep, really a big deal. And then today is sleeping your way to the top of your health, one of my favorite topics. Tomorrow is the magic of nutrients. So are you ready for today?
I’m going to share my story and I bet some of you could tell me my story, but I’m going to tell you my story because it’s such a big deal. It’s why I’m here, it’s why I’m so passionate about serving you, it’s why I’m so passionate that you don’t have to suffer for as long as I did. It is because I want you to really take this seriously. I want you to become the CEO of your health because you have all the power to heal yourself. There’s no one out there in the world who can do it for you.
I was talking to Rebecca who’s on our team this morning and it was really amazing to me. Her mother is quite an amazing woman and she’s actually the one who found Insulite health for Rebecca when she was struggling with symptoms of PCOS years ago.
