The 5% Solution and How to Get Started Balancing Your Hormones

 

Hello. Beautiful Natural Solutions for Hormone Balance sisters. This is Robin. Happy Metabolism Make Over Wednesday. I am so excited to be here with you today. We just got off the heal your hormones live conference and it was absolutely incredible.

I want us just to take a moment to arrive here. We all have really busy, busy lives. That’s why our metabolisms need a little bit of support, right? When our hormones are balanced our metabolisms are working magnificently, which makes you feel so good. We talked about this a lot at the conference. Like what is metabolism? What are the hormones that we need to pay attention to, how do we influence hormone balance and a healthier metabolism? We went over all of that. So I want to share some of that with you today, so that you get a better sense of what your next steps should be.

There are three things that can help you get started on your healing journey. The first one is really letting go of feeling like you know, everything. So many women in this group are pretty knowledgeable. You know, we’d been on this path for a while, we feel like we know what to eat, we know how to take care of ourselves; yet our hormones are still out of balance and we’re still experiencing some pretty yucky things. So I just invite you to be open, to be open to suggestions, to be open, to try new things, just to be open. How does that feel for you to be open? It’s hard. I am so open to whatever people say because I am constantly on that quest to fine tune my health. I want those really special biohacking tricks and secrets. So I’m open and that’s how I was able to heal.

Number two is really to acknowledge that your giving more than your receiving. So what that means is that your, your serving from an empty cup. So you want to fill yourself up before you give more. Because when we give too much, we run out of our essential biochemicals to heal our bodies.
