3 Steps To Menstrual Regularity Day 3: Build Your Own Menstrual Regularity Blueprint

Welcome to Day Three of the Menstrual Regularity training. Oh my gosh, are you loving my outfit today? Hey, this is Robin Nielsen and this is our final day. We’ve had an absolutely incredible week. So the first day was really understanding those root causes of menstrual irregularity. Day 2 was all about the three steps to menstrual irregularity, three things that you can do to start getting your cycle back and today we’re going to do the menstrual regularity blueprint and I’m going to answer your questions and I’m also going to give you next steps on your healing journey because it does not stop here.

So clearly I have no idea what a queen wears. I went in to get this outfit today and I asked for a crown and she said, you mean a tiara? And I said, “YES,” sister! So she got me this beautiful tiara and this beautiful boa. I don’t really think queens wear boas, but I think it’s super sexy and it puts a smile on my face and it gets me back into pleasure. I’ve got a couple of big gorgeous rings on here and I have a beautiful, sexy dress. Okay. I am getting all up and into my pleasure today because that means that I am not stressed out. How can we be stressed out when we’re in pleasure? We can’t. So I’m going to give a quick recap of Day 2 so that we can all be on the same page and then we’re going to dive into the menstrual irregularity blueprint.

It’s been so wonderful seeing so many of you join in every single day. I just want to give you a big shout out. Congratulations for being here every single day. It tells me that you really want some profound change in your health and in your life and that you are taking charge. You are becoming the CEO of your own health, the chief executive officer of your own health, because you know your body better than anyone else.

We’re just learning the tools to help us get where we want to go and that blueprint is really going to help. On Day 2 we kind of got into the “what if,” like what if we could actually feel more energetic? What if we could feel happier? What if we can be pain free and what if we could be predictably regular with our cycle? And what if we actually had a libido and sex felt good? How amazing would that be? What does that feel like to you to be in that place? You have to heal your metabolism to become regular. If you’re not regular, your metabolism is not at its healthiest place. We have to support you to get your metabolism working like a fine tuned machine. Right?…
