Step #3 to heal your hormones

The next step to heal your hormones so you feel more vibrant, energetic and balanced in 2020 is what I call a ‘hormone deal-breaker‘.

What I mean is, without these, you’ll never heal your hormones.

Today I share Step #3. Be sure to go back and read the previous articles, if you missed them because each one builds on the last.

Now, you’ve taken the Symptom Assessment so you know what health concerns you’re addressing, and you’ve started using Food as Medicine…

Step #3 is Replace Nutrients.

Nutrients are things like proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

If you don’t have enough of these magical building blocks, your metabolism slows down, so you’ll feel more tired, your brain will feel sluggish, you’ll start to gain weight, not sleep as well…and everything goes downhill from there.

Think hibernating bear. You’re body will break down too fast leaving you feeling unhealthy and unhappy.

With enough of these magical nutrients you’ll build muscle, happy brain chemistry, detoxify, make hormones, support nerve health, help your liver regenerate, support adrenal and thyroid health, digestion, contract and relax your muscles – including your heart, and make every reaction in your body happen.

You’ll feel goooood!

There are many ways to tell which nutrients you may be needing: take a nutrient assessment, look at your symptoms, and do testing to figure out what you might need.

More on this later! Tomorrow I’ll share Step #4. You’ll be surprised at what it is and how I approach it.

Let’s heal together. We can do this!

PS >> Save your seat now to the HYH LIVE! Conference where I’ll show you how to get a sense of which nutrients you need to help you feel so much better.
