Step #6 to heal your hormones

Step #6 to heal your hormones

I’m so excited to share one of the most important steps in my 9-Step System.

If you’ve missed ANY of the Steps so far, be sure to go back to the previous posts to catch up because each one builds on the previous one.

Step #6 is Test Don’t Guess.

I always start with my COMPREHENSIVE blood panel that I created.

It includes markers that show what I call your hormone deal-breakers – root cause markers like: inflammation, chronic infections, low iron, B12, zinc, vitamin D, insulin resistance, blood sugar imbalances, elevated liver enzymes, electrolyte imbalances, thyroid and adrenal problems and more.

A woman has to know these things so she can fix them.

And then you need to know the OPTIMAL reference ranges, where people are just healthier. The lab reference ranges that are on your test results were tabulated from a bunch of sick people and will NOT help you to feel well.

That’s why your doctor may say your “FINE” (the worst 4-letter word ever) when you don’t feel fine.

There are THREE other tests that can be very important are the following:

  • FIRST: a complete sex hormone panel that includes circadian rhythm and metabolites so you can get a sense of your adrenal function. You adrenals make many different hormones that are critical to your hormone balance, and the health of your adrenal glands impacts how your thyroid functions.
  • SECOND, a comprehensive stool analysis to evaluate your digestion.
  • THIRD: a food intolerance test a bit later once you’ve been working on some of the other steps so you can see what’s left – what still might be in your way.

Tomorrow, I’ll share Step #7 – it’s another one of my favorites – and really luxurious + essential to heal your hormones.
