Step #9 to heal your hormones

Step #9 to heal your hormones

Today is the final step to heal your hormones.
Each step along the way addresses what I call the hormone deal-breakers . Those things that keep you stuck in hormone hell and wreck your metabolism.
Please note: if you’ve missed ANY of the Steps so far, be sure to go back to the previous posts to catch up because each one builds on the previous one.
Step #9: Mentorship & Accountability

Let’s face it, we can’t do it alone or we would have.
I certainly couldn’t do it alone. I went back to school, read every book I could get my hands on and studied under an endocrinologist to heal my own hormonal challenges.
I had no idea that my healing journey would lead me to helping women heal their metabolism and balance their hormones for the last 16 years.
We need a tribe! A community of like-minded women who get us, and who support us to stay on our path. We need someone in charge who gives us direction and helps to hold us accountable.
Who is that for you?
We are only as healthy as the five people we spend the most time with.
Those who live the longest and the healthiest live in communities of like-minded people.
You may not be able to do that right now, but you can find a group of women online or local who you can connect with to help you thrive.
The PCOS 5-Element System . It’s an incredible self-paced program with 12 modules along with nutrients to balance your hormones, and a community of like-minded women to give you all the support you need.
