An average apple contains around 47 calories, 1.8 grams of fiber, 120 mg of Potassium, and 10 mg of vitamin C. Apples are low in calories, easily transportable (you can carry in your hand, purse or backpack), pack terrific health benefits, and taste great.
Stop in at your nearest orchard and pick your own bag of apples or pick up a bag of already picked, nothing can be better for your health this fall.
