Distilled water is one of the world’s best and purest waters! It is excellent for detoxification and fasting programs and for helping clean out all the cells, organs, and fluids of the body because it can help carry away so many harmful substances! Water from chemically-treated public water systems, and even from many wells and springs, is likely to be loaded with poisonous chemicals and toxic trace elements. The water in our homes, offices, schools, hospitals, etc., is likely to be overloaded with zinc (from old fashioned galvanized pipes) or with copper and cadmium (from copper pipes).

The temperature of the body is controlled through water. The amount of water in the human body averages 65%. Water makes up 92% of the blood of the body. You have 15 billion brain cells which are 70% water.
A sign of dehydration is constipation. Burning, irritating urine is another sign. When you drink a glass of water, it goes directly to your stomach. Part of the water is absorbed directly into your blood stream through the walls of the stomach. The remainder goes to the intestines to keep the food you eat in a liquid state while being absorbed; this is later absorbed directly into the blood.
The right kind of water is one of your best natural protections against all kinds of virus infections, such as influenza, pneumonia, whooping cough, measles, and other infectious diseases. When the body tissues are kept supplied with the correct amount of water, they can fight off the attacks of viruses. If the body cells are water starved, they become parched, dry, and shrivel, making it easy for viruses to attack.
One of the most important functions of water is to flush out toxins and salt from the body. People who drink the right amount of liquids (distilled water, fresh fruits and vegetables and their juices) have better circulation which is most important to super-health and long life.
Water improves your mind and brain power. Excessive nervous people and/or the mentally upset person dopes himself on alcohol, tea, coffee, and cola drinks and thus complicates his nervous condition by burning, toxic acid forms in the stomach with no food or water to dilute it. So he also suffers from depression, acid stomach, heartburn, gas bloat, and other miseries. Instead of drinking water, these people dope up on aspirin, cigarettes and other stimulants.
There are 2 kinds of chemicals, inorganic and organic. The inorganic chemicals like chlorine, alum, and sodium fluoride cannot be healthfully utilized by the living tissues of the body. Our body chemistry is composed of 19 organic minerals, which must come from that which is living or has lived. Even though the soil contains 16 inorganic minerals, our bodies cannot absorb them efficiently enough to sustain life. Only a living plant can convert inorganic minerals into organic minerals. Only plants.
Chlorine, alum, calcium carbonate, magnesium, carbonate, potassium carbonate, and other inorganic minerals are put into our drinking water for cleanliness. The human body needs only hydrogen and oxygen as a natural solvent in the body chemistry.
Hardening of the Arteries
Calcium carbonate, or lime, is the important ingredient in making cement or concrete. This is mainly responsible for the “hardening of the arteries”. Doctors call it “arteriosclerosis”, which most people believe to be a natural condition that comes with the passing of the years. It turns the brain to stone. Hardening of the arteries and calcification of the blood vessels starts on the day you are born, because from birth we start taking inorganic chemicals into our bodies.
Tuberculosis will be cured by distilled water, good nutrition, sunshine, fresh air, and deep breathing exercises. No drugs of any kind are necessary. You must drink ONLY distilled water, snow water, vegetable and fruit juices. If someone is really sick, they should go on a 1 week to ten day fast to get rid of the toxic wastes in the body, with distilled water (hot or cold) flavored with fresh lemon juice and ¼ to ½ teaspoon of honey if desired. The body is a self-healing and self-repairing instrument.
The stiffness in all movable joints is not due to the number of years one has lived. Time is not toxic. The stiffness is brought on by a combination of toxic acid crystals from an unbalanced, acid diet and drinking water saturated with inorganic minerals and chemicals (hard water for instance). Fasting helps to dissolve these encrustation’s which have been deposited in these joints.
The misery of arthritis is caused by hard water saturated with inorganic minerals and an unbalanced diet, forming acid crystals in the movable joints, plus inactivity of the body in general. Every effect must have a cause. There is a reason why things happen in the body. Failure to live God’s way is the cause of most human miseries.
If calcium and magnesium come from limestone, they are inorganic. Regardless of how they are powdered and baked, they cannot become part of the organic chemistry of the body. Beware of any pill that is extracted from “mineral-rich earth”.
The problem of being overweight will be cured also. Gall stones will be safely squeezed out through the common duct into the small intestine and be eliminated. Kidney stones will be eliminated as well.
Poor memory and senility is caused by the arteries becoming corroded with encrustations of inorganic materials. These are diseases of degeneration. This is what we blame on passing years…not on how we have lived. Senility is actually oxygen starvation of the brain. Soybeans are exceptionally rich in lecithin, and should be eaten several times weekly. Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds are all healthful brain foods. The brain needs phosphorus. It’s found in all kinds of beans, such as pinto beans, garbanzo beans, dried lima beans and lentils. Other sources are all 100% whole grains, brown rice, almonds, peanuts and walnuts. Lean meat, egg yolk, and natural, unprocessed cheese contain organic phosphorus.
